Who we are
Home Beautification (homebeautification.in) is an interior design practice based in Mumbai, India. This page explains what personal details we collect when you contact us, how we use them and the choices you have.

What we collect
Details you give us: your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, the area or city of your home, what you are planning (for example a new flat, a transformation, a rental home or a work space), and any answers or notes you add in our planner or enquiry form.
Through ads and messaging: if you respond to our ads on Instagram or Facebook, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share there, such as your name, phone number and your answers to our questions.
Technical details: when you send an enquiry, our server records the time and your IP address. We use this only to stop spam and misuse of the form.
How we use your details
To reply to your enquiry, call or WhatsApp you about your project, arrange a site visit, and prepare and share your design proposal.
To keep a record of your enquiry and its progress so our team can follow up properly.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with other businesses for their marketing.
Who can see your details
Only the Home Beautification team members who handle your project.
Service providers that help us run the business: our website hosting provider, where enquiries are stored securely; our email provider, which sends us a notification of each enquiry; and Meta (Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp) when you contact us through their apps or ads. Their own privacy policies also apply to what you share on their platforms.
We may share details if the law requires it.
Your planner progress
Our online planner saves your answers in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue where you left off. This stays on your device; you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out your project and keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner, as explained below.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date below.
